- Tuesday -- raisin bran, milk, ⅔ cup frozen mixed berries sweetened with Equal, 1 oz. Jarlsberg cheese, Lean Cuisine Spinach & Mushroom Deep-Dish Pizza, pistachios, grape tomatoes, diet green tea with ginseng
- Wednesday -- PB&J (2 slices whole grain bread, 1 tablespoon crunchy peanut butter, 1 tablespoon strawberry preserves), 1 cup milk, banana, Michelina's Lean Gourmet Creamy Rigatoni with Broccoli and Chicken, Green Giant Just For One Broccoli and Cheese Sauce (0 points!), pistachios, diet green tea with ginseng
- Thursday -- yogurt, granola, apple, Lean Cuisine Chicken Ranch Club flatbread melt, pistachios, grape tomatoes, diet green tea with ginseng
