- Monday -- yogurt, mini-bagel, cream cheese, pear, Health Choice Ravioli Marinara Florentine, baby Brussels sprouts, pistachios, diet green tea with ginseng
- Tuesday -- raisin bran, 1 tbsp. dried cranberries, milk, banana, pistachios, diet tea with ginseng, Campbell's Select Harvest Light vegetable and pasta soup, mini-bagel, cream cheese, spinach (NOTE: food day at work, so I had my "lean lunch" for dinner instead, and added bagel to soup because 120 calories is NOT ENOUGH for dinner)
- Wednesday -- Smart Ones Canadian Style Bacon English muffin sandwich, apple, Healthy Choice Turkey Marsala, carrots, pistachios, diet green tea with ginseng
