12W12S: W8 Update

Saturday was a "bad" day because we went to a birthday party for a 3-year-old and we figured there would not be a whole lot of "healthy" choices, so I tried to eat very light for breakfast and lunch (even though the pasta salad is kind of calorie-intensive) and I ended up STARVING by dinnertime. I tried to eat mostly low-carb foods for snacks, and I ate as much fruit salad as I could get my hands on. It was FANTASTIC.

Sunday was a "bad" day because I spent the entire day in the pool with Shae and then by the end of the day I was STARVING. The salad was just not enough. I tried to make "better" choices when I got to dinner. Not great ones, but at least I didn't get a whole Big Mac, right? (Humor me -- we don't do this often.)
