12W12S: W7 Update

More of the noms:
  • Thursday -- 1 cup Golden Grahams, milk, 2 small plums, Smart Ones Fajita Chicken Pizza, grape tomatoes, pistachios, Light Babybel cheese wheel, diet green tea with ginseng
  • Friday -- yogurt, mini bagel, ⅝ oz. strawberry cream cheese, apple, Smart Ones Traditional Lasagna with Meat Sauce (guess what brand was on sale this week), broccoli and cheese sauce, pistachios, diet green tea with ginseng
  • Saturday -- 2 scrambled eggs with spinach and cheese, 1 turkey breakfast sausage, ½ mini bagel with ¼ oz. strawberry cream cheese, V8, lunch meat sandwich on pita, pickles, pistachios, cantaloupe, watermelon
My breakfast today was not intentionally low-carb, but I didn't get around to eating until a few minutes ago, and I know I'll be eating lunch soon, plus I'll be eating fresh cantaloupe and watermelon all day -- I cut it up myself -- so I figured it would all come out in the wash. (G and Shae split the other half of the bagel.)
