This week's update:
Here is the recipe for my "Tomato Salad": ⅔ cup cherry tomatoes, halved; ¼ cup cheese and garlic croutons; 2 tablespoons light buttermilk ranch dressing. If you're lazy, you don't even need to cut the tomatoes, but I like the way the juice and seeds mixes with the creamy dressing. Also, you can substitute any kind of creamy dressing -- bleu cheese and Thousand Island are also very tasty. Maybe not something to eat every day, but an alternative to plain tomatoes all the time (I like crunchy, salty foods, sue me).
