- Monday -- 2 scrambled eggs with 1 Tbsp. cheese, toasted whole-grain mini bagel with margarine, 2 cups V8, pistachios, ½ pkg. Green Giant Simply Steam Baby Vegetable Medley, Healthy Choice Lobster Cheese Ravioli (quick review of the entrĂ©e: I liked it, for the most part, but there were only 5 ravioli in there, which is hardly enough for lunch, and I prefer vodka sauces that are more pink than red -- I could barely taste the Parmesan cheese in this dish)
- Tuesday -- 6 oz. Chobani strawberry yogurt, granola, banana, pistachios, Lean Cuisine Pepperoni French bread pizza, carrots (quick review of the yogurt: BELIEVE THE HYPE -- this is the best yogurt I have ever had in my life, it was like eating custard, and it was fruit on the bottom, which is like giving yourself a little present from God, seriously)
- Wednesday -- cinnamon raisin bagel with ½ ounce cream cheese, plum, 1 ounce Jarlsberg, 1 slice roasted turkey, pistachios, 1 can (2 cups) Campbell's Select Harvest Mediterranean-style meatball with bowtie pasta soup, Tomato Salad (recipe below)
