- Thursday -- raisin bran, milk, plum, Mini Babybel Light cheese wheel, pistachios, Michelina's Lean Gourmet Three Cheese Chicken, single-serve frozen peas
- Friday -- yogurt (Chobani honey, yum!), granola, plum, pistachios, Smart Ones pasta with ricotta and spinach, grape tomatoes
- Saturday -- 2 scrambled eggs with spinach and cheese, 2 pieces toast with margarine, V8, pistachios, lunch TBD (I will pick up a Lean Cuisine when we get to my grandparents'), carrots
