12W12S: W6 Update

Foods I have been eating:
Today I am going to brunch with a girlfriend and I don't know what I'll be having -- the tearoom doesn't post the specials in advance, and everything is a special -- but it's usually something light and the portions are small, so I don't feel bad about going "off-script" today. I'm not eating breakfast first, and I'll obviously not be having lunch. And I plan to make a Chinese chicken salad for dinner tonight (easy AND very light), so I will make up for some of the potentially missing vegetables.

Week Seven starts tomorrow: Extra water. I have already been doing this (I've been refilling my morning iced-tea bottles all day) but I'll work on getting even more water every day. I think my new plan will be to have a cup of water every time I'm in the lunchroom -- the machine is right there and it only takes a minute to have a drink of water, right?
