- Saturday -- 2 scrambled eggs with spinach and cheese, 2 pieces toast with margarine, California Pizza Kitchen Chicken Bacon Club flatbread melt, diet green tea with citrus
Week Seven starts tomorrow: Extra water. I have already been doing this (I've been refilling my morning iced-tea bottles all day) but I'll work on getting even more water every day. I think my new plan will be to have a cup of water every time I'm in the lunchroom -- the machine is right there and it only takes a minute to have a drink of water, right?
