- Thursday -- 1 cup raisin bran with ½ cup skim milk, plum, string cheese, pistachios, tomatoes.
- Friday -- 1 cup raisin bran with ½ cup skim milk, pistachios, side salad with fat free Italian dressing.
- Saturday -- no breakfast (not hungry), pistachios, string cheese, carrots.
