12W12S: W4 Update

What I have been eating this week:
  • Wednesday -- 1 cup raisin bran with ½ cup skim milk, plum, string cheese, pistachios, carrots.
  • Thursday -- 1 cup raisin bran with ½ cup skim milk, plum, string cheese, pistachios, tomatoes.
  • Friday --  1 cup raisin bran with ½ cup skim milk, pistachios, side salad with fat free Italian dressing.
  • Saturday -- no breakfast (not hungry), pistachios, string cheese, carrots.
I have some "new and exciting" things planned for next week, as long as I can find them in the store.
