Today's special: cinnamon raisin bagel with ½ oz. cream cheese, ⅓ oz. smoked ham, ¾ oz. string cheese, ¾ c. watermelon chunks, hot tea. Look at me, bustin' out the Longaberger for the photo shoot!
Everybody else had French toast nuggets (made from leftover baguette). I finished off the watermelon, though, so I win. :-)

so how's it going? do you at least feel better? not sure if you're weighing in or just going with the flow, so not sure how you're measuring your success, other than you're sticking to the plan. and btw, congrats on sticking to the plan! getting through two weeks is a big deal.
ReplyDeletei'm doing ok. not noticing a whole lot of difference yet, but then again, little steps are still valid ones. mostly i am proud of myself for sticking with it -- and i am still sticking with it -- and i am thinking that i could have been "stricter" with the changes, but i know that gradual changes and gradual results are still changes and results, and i am okay with that.
